Return & Refund Policy


We are a dynamic company with huge appetite for customer satisfaction. We work hard to ensure our customer gets the best services and great quality products. We do understand that on rare occasion someone’s expectation cannot be matched. We offer free returns on all products. Any unopened items returned within 14 days of the date of delivery will deem for refund or exchange. Please contact us via email sales@season4store.com or texting over the phone 07963 596 202. Upon receipt of return and refund request, we would send out instructions about duly procedures. It is not mandatory, but we would appreciate to get the feedback and shortcomings so as to address the issue and to deliver improved quality product. 

We do advise that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office/courier pick up points upon returning the item(s). We regret that no refunds will be given on products that have been opened, or returned after 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received back. The amount we will refund is the amount paid for the product(s); delivery costs paid during the initial purchase will not be refunded. 

You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase.

All items must include original packaging.

UK customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost)

International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways

Closeout item sales are final. No returns or refund.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed or an refund to be sent.
